Warren County Environmental Educational Activities

Warren County Department of Land Preservation has over 2000 acres of property. One of the most effective ways of protecting this land is by educating and offering outdoor experiences to the Warren County community. In March of 2023, the Warren County Commissioners unanimously supported creating the first Park Naturalist position in the county.

Our mission is to, “To provide the Warren County community with opportunities for education, research and recreation. To collaborate with organizations to preserve our local history and environment and instill an environmental and historical preservation ethic that will benefit generations of Warren County residents.
